All livestock are carefully selected and ensured to be free of diseases prior to shipping. Substitution
All efforts will be made to meet your requirements in accordance with your order. However, as some of the species are seasonal, substitutions will be made. These substitutions are flexible and are subjected to the alternatives stipulated. Quantity Per Box
Ornamental Fishes: Approximate quantity packed per box for each species is indicated on the price list. However, the amount can vary depending on flight via airlines routing. Aquatic Plants: All Loose plants are bundled in 25’s or 50’s and packed in paper cartons. Leaded Plants are packed in bags of 5 for each variety.

All necessary documents such as Health Certificates, Phytosanitary Certificates for Plants, Certificate of Origin, etc.. will be furnished whenever required for customs clearance upon your request. Delivery
Delivery can be scheduled on the first available flight. This is subjected to availability of airline space and confirmation with the Airline concerned. Kindly note that all freight charges for normal shipments are executed on collect basis. Prepaid freight charges have to be arranged in advance.
Payment
Telegraphic transfer (T.T) must be directed to our banker’s account in favour of “South Island Aquarium Pte Ltd”. Bank drafts are also acceptable. Guarantee
We guarantee all live arrivals and will replace normal casualty. In the event of fishes dead on arrival (D.O.A.), it must be reported immediately. Claims will only be entertained when effected on the same day as the arrival of shipment. For mortality rate above 10%, the airline concerned must be notified upon clearance by filling in a bad order/ discrepancy form for verification.
